Asking For Help
There is a great deal of strength in courage in asking for help. Having the insight and awareness needed to recognize when you need more support should be recognized and applauded; we believe that there is no shame in asking for help and needing help. We all need help sometimes and there is beauty in being able to acknowledge when we do. This being said, you are certainly not alone if you struggle to ask for help; this is common especially in a society that values us pushing and pushing no matter what. We personally believe that the ultimate beauty and strength lies in listen to our bodies, listening to what we need, and ensuring we can access whatever that may be.
